Starr County gets its border wall hearing
They do know that nobody in Bush's government is listening? Go for the slow rolling of that d*mn fence!
Starr County residents will have the opportunity to attend a public outreach meeting on the proposed border wall plan next week, after initial hesitation from the Department of Homeland Security.
The meeting will be held from 4:30 p.m.-8 p.m. on Dec. 13 at the VFW Post No. 08526 in Rio Grande City. DHS is hosting similar “open house” meetings in McAllen on Dec. 11 and Brownsville on Dec. 12.
Members of Texas' congressional delegation were asked to help persuade DHS to concede the public hearing. Starr County Judge Eloy Vela, Rio Grande City Mayor Kevin Hiles and Roma Mayor Roy Ybarra asked U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson, R-Texas, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, and U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo, to assist.
“DHS has agreed to hold a public hearing for Starr County,” Cuellar told the Guardian Wednesday.

Satellites used in Home surveillance
No citizen is entirely without danger of being harmed by the U S Governments’ Space Satellites Program using high frequency energy, and laser. There are documents on the Internet indicating that National Security satellites are unclassified, where more information can be found. Understanding a little about the use of heat sensing equipment for surveillance, much like detection during the Viet Nam War, these units are able to penetrated just about anything, even characterizing human bodies as they walk though their homes. There are very few places within a home that cannot be spied upon, depending on where the systems are directed–bathroom, kitchens, bedrooms, throughout the house, doing their dastardly thing. All surveillance, laser or high energies are commenced with a ground coordinator. Coordinators could be people living in the affected areas, operating equipment from their home, vehicle, even people on foot near by.
Satellites are not the only equipment used in spying and doing damage to citizens. Much like Satellites, there are ground units operating in an equivalent way, being able to penetrate walls of buildings doing surveillance and harm to Citizens. Ground unites for surveillance is not new in the covert spying operations. During the Cold War with Russia, high tech surveillance equipment affected the U.S. Embassy in Moscow. Any designated premises, inside home, yard, sheds, driveway, carport, etc., all are subjected to surveillance and torturing of citizens. Much like satellites, the incoming multifrequency energies from ground equipment can damage muscle and nerve tissue of any part of a heat generating body. Areas such as head, shoulder, kidney, liver, feet, joints of arms and legs, back, all can be inflected with pain. Under some applications, ground and satellite units can and do use laser force, somewhat like that used in the medical field use to eradicate abnormalities, destroying maligned tissue. This is even more covert, for laser penetration produces little pain. Depending on the intensity, laser can produce small reddish defect in the skin and cut through nails of toes. There is extreme danger of being spied and done harm without the person knowing. For most individuals, the damage done will appear to be a normal infirmity, even the doctor will view the ailment as normal sickness.
Fortunately, the incoming satellite and ground energies can be detected and identified, by using an effective barrier partitions. It's a trail and error in most cases, a matter of using barriers checking to see if the pain continues. For the most part, it’s nearly impossible to block surveillance. Once an individual has been located, using people on the ground” coordinators”, the bombarding frequencies from either satellite and ground units can torture citizens endlessly.

The U S Government has become dangerous to all U S Citizens.
Fear has gripped the Government and many people of The United States, causing
havoc among all citizens. Not in history of civilization has such atrocities been realized.
Spying and torture has become a common practice to any individual living or not living the
productive life, people who live peacefully, people who are satisfied with their lives.
Once the Government considers a person or persons an outsider, they are
considered alien and a danger to the society. The government fears these people for their
disrupting the overall progress of the American Way. Growth and prosperity, has become
a major concern to those people dwelling in luxury and vanity, while individuals who are
satisfied with the common way of living are scrutinized and condemned for being lazy and
indifferent to any advancement.
America is the product of devastation to the planet Earth, and the realm of outer space.
The government has sold-out to the destruction of this planet with endless violations,
removing the material resources and destroying natural environment, ending nearly all
ecosystems for the natural forms of life.
The elderly, in their time to relax and enjoy the things they have accomplished, the
government relentlessly hounds, reminding the retired they are still useful and can be of
some consequence to the community around them. The government continues to rely on
production and progress, the very accomplishments that are burying any hopes of this
planet Earth from ever recovering from absolute destruction.

Group here in Fresno, CA behind felony altering of utility poles and illegal re-wiring of connecting structures, refers to themselves as, "People Watchers." They know their victim's whereabouts, activities, down to the color of their underwear. Trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged documents (verified by handwriting expert), illegal conversion of assets. Talk of "giving" and "selling" small children; talk of child sex and dismemberment of older ones (adults as well.) "Gassing through vents" is another topic - boasting of this method to burglarize and violate people without their knowledge - on film! One of the people involved claims his daughter, a local FBI agent, is behind high-tech monitoring of residents without their knowledge - he says people will "never figure it out." I cannot get any help or attention to this matter.
