Republican State Senator buys Gallegos a hospital bed

"I've had members that are sick and I've seen members in the clinic," Sen. Bob Deuell, R-Greenville, said. Sen. Deuell is also a practicing physician.

But this is the first time that Sen. Deuell has ever seen another senator this sick and still working.

"It just became a very obvious thing to me to get him a hospital bed or a bed and just have it somewhere so he could have access to the floor and get the rest that he needs," Sen. Deuell said.

That was a nice thing to do.
