So why has the Alamo City remained so quiet while other cities exploded with activism?

THANK YOU for bringing this up. I think it's because they only care about the Spurs and whether they win or lose. I'm only half kidding.
I sure hope you are wrong. This issue has awakened and focused a lot of anger.
